If your thinking of buying a family run, clean, fun, bar and grill, you won't be disappointed. We have the greatest "regulars" anyone could ask for. We have something for everyone. Great food! at great prices, cold drinks, Pool teams, Dart teams, Horseshoe teams, Bowling teams, volleyball court, and we are on the snowmobile trail. We are located in beautiful Central Wisconsin, 4 miles south of the town of Portage. 2 acher lot just at the junction of 2 major highways.

Let me tell you about the bar. We have a horseshoe shape bar that seats 17 stools w/backs. Two tall tables in the bar area that seat 4 each. There is a counter bar also in the bar area that seat 5. In the back room there are 5 round tables that seat 4 each, the Pool table and dart machine, and 2 video machines (all rental split 1/2), and a salad bar all fit nicely. Behind the bar are 3 coolers for beer, and along the back wall is 5 tappers, and 4 sinks.
We offer a dinner menu, so we have a char grill (2 yrs old) that we cook steaks on, a flat grill for sandwiches, a small fryer for most of the time, and a larger fryer (2 yrs old) for fish fries. All of these are behind the bar and in the open under a large exhaust fan. We have a prep kitchen for a new refriderator(2 yrs old) , dishwasher(2 yrs old) , sink(2 yrs old)and working counter. Microwave, and pizza oven also. There are 2 walk-ins one for food, and beer kegs, and one for beer & wines. Large shelves for storage, and ice maker, furnace,(10 yrs old) water softner(2 yrs old)and hotwater heater(1 yr old). Last spring we just put in a new septic system. A (4 years) large deck with picknic tables next to the horseshoe pits. We have a large parking lot with a lighted sign, and a lighted menu board.

Now let me tell you about my home. From a hidden door in the bar there is a spiral staircase leading to a newly remodeled office, with 3 upright freezers for the bar food. Open the office door and you walk into a nice size, dinning room. There is a large archway leading into a roomy, and sunny large livingroom. These 2 rooms were remodeled 3 years ago, with build-in glass shelves on each side of the archway, and closet, in the living room new carpeting. Off the sunny livingroom is the full bathroom (tub w/shower) and a bedroom (new carpet) with a closet. Off the dinning room is the sunny kitchen. The kitchen was remodeled 5 years ago with new cabinets, counters, sink, and breakfast nook in front of a picture window. From the back of the kitchen is a back door to the yard, and the stairway to the upstairs. Part of the yard is a small orchard, there are 7 dwarf fruit trees, raspberry canes, 6 grapevines, and many perennial flowers. There is wide open spaces, a small patch of Pine trees, and all surrounded by woods. Upstairs is 4 bedrooms all rooms were painted recently. One room was used for a kitchen for a while. It still has a functioning like new kitchen sink. The upstairs was a small apartment for a while and could easily be converted back into one again and could probably get $400.a month rent.
