Your probably wondering why we are selling. A year ago we bought a bowling alley in Portage a dream for my husband. I have been running the Rathskeller, while he has been running Tolly's Alleys. The Rathskeller has been doing a very good business, which mean I have to work alot of evenings, and so does he. This is not fair to our 4 daughters. This is the reason we are ready to sell our home, and life at the Rathskeller. |  |
Our employees..
We have 1 full time employee, she has alot of flexiblity. She is able to work when needed, she can handle the bar, cooking, keeping things running smoothly. And plans on staying with the next owners. She is also able to train anyone. We also have 3 part-timers. They are also able to be flexible going from dayshift to evenings. One cleans in the morning, and is able to work lunch hours, and come back for dinner hours if needed. They all plan on staying if able. |
